Supratec Advanced UF/MBR Modules

Future Proof & Sustainable Membrane Made in Germany

The Supratec Ultrafiltration membrane is a new design of supported hollow fiber membrane with a tensile strength greater than 600N. Supratec UF membranes with PVDF material are produced based on a nominal pore size of 0.03 µm, with narrow pore size distribution, extremely high porosity with high operating flux, and long membrane life (more than 10 years in municipal wastewater and water applications).

Supratec UF/MBR Membrane have been successfully installed globally, with greater than 3,000 references. The MBR air scouring energy of < 0.05 kWh/m3 can be achieved with a combination of high operating flux and the most advanced siphon aerator in Supratec H series hollow fiber membrane.
